How we handle a website enquiry.

Information you share

The form records your name, email, optional phone number, property location, service interests, timing, budget and project brief. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details to understand the brief, respond and discuss a potential service. Where you are enquiring about a service for yourself, this supports steps you request before entering a contract. For business enquiries and protecting the form from misuse, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and operating a secure website. Reading this notice does not sign you up to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are held in the website’s hosted database and available through an inbox restricted to the website owner. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare providing the database infrastructure. No enquiry email notification is currently sent. Direct emails are handled through our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not sell enquiry information.

A protected identifier derived from your connection address is stored to limit repeated submissions. The form does not store the original address. Hosting providers may process connection and security information as part of operating the service.

Retention

Form records older than 90 days are removed when the form or inbox is next used. If an enquiry develops into a project, relevant correspondence and project information will be retained separately under the agreed service arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, object to processing, or request portability. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and browser storage

This website has no advertising or analytics trackers. Visitors can browse and submit an enquiry without signing in. The private Studio inbox requires owner sign-in, which may use essential cookies. The service finder temporarily stores a brief in your browser when you choose to carry it into the contact form. It is removed when the contact form reads it.

Our website and email providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the UK. Contact us for information about the provider arrangements and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. We do not use enquiry details for automated decisions or add you to a marketing list.
