Before we begin.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Tell us what is not working or use the service finder for a starting point. We can define the right brief together.
Can you work with furniture I already have?
Yes. We can explore a refresh or partial styling brief around existing pieces, then agree any new furniture or accessory requirements.
How much will my project cost?
Costs depend on the property and level of support. Your proposal identifies the service fee and any furniture, sourcing, delivery, installation or hire costs that apply. Share a budget if you have one; the scope and costs are agreed before work begins.
Do you provide property photography?
We can prepare and style the interior for photography. Photography itself is confirmed separately in the proposal, including who will arrange it and any additional cost.
What happens after setup?
We review the agreed work with you at handover and discuss any follow-on support. Where furniture is hired, the hire period, extensions and collection arrangements are confirmed in advance. Ongoing tenancy and guest operations are separate.
